On the homepage click Sign up and create an account with any email. The app is for everyone: companies, freelancers, and individuals, not only legal entities.
After registration, verify your email using the link sent to your inbox, then sign in. This step is required for full dashboard access and all creation features.
In dashboard click Create QR code and select the required type. If unsure, this guide always shows the exact type name and what to fill in each field.
Prepare event title, date, time, location, and short description. These details must be accurate so attendees do not arrive at the wrong time.
In the form choose Calendar Event and complete all fields step by step. For all-day events, set the date/time range correctly.
After saving, scan and verify the event imports correctly into phone calendars. Pay special attention to time zone and location details.
Add this QR to invitations, banners, presentations, or email signatures. Attendees save the event in one click, reducing missed attendance.
